The Role

In the role of Auction Coordinator, your major responsibilities will include:

  • managing relationships with our large vendors (i.e., national fleet companies and suppliers)
  • conducting motor vehicle valuations
  • managing the logistics relating to inspections and rectifications 
  • being hands-on with the end-to-end auction process, allocation of vehicles to sales avenues. 
  • working as part of a close knit team and working collaboratively.
  • being the central point of contact for vendor liaison.
  • Working at a fast pace as this can be very high volume.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • experience in an Account Management role within the motor vehicle industry
  • strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction
  • excellent client relationship management skills
  • excellent organisational, negotiation and time management skills
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • competent MS Office skills (MS Excel, Outlook)
  • Vehicle valuations skills will be highly regarded. 
  • An excellent attention to detail!
