What you will be doing:
Reporting directly to the General Manager of retail sales, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints of retail products aligned with the brand You will lead the implementation and track the performance of retail experience across the full product offering.
Who you will be doing it for:
You will be working for a global company operating in 50 countries, that provide premium, quality kitchen and laundry products. They have an open and innovative culture and work collaboratively to find insight and ideas to connect with customers.
What you must have to apply for this role:
- A retail design background and a great eye for detail
- A track record in growing market share and profitability
- University degree in either Marketing, Business Management or Project Management
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- A passion for design
- Team management experience
- Experience in a business development role
