About The Role:

Maura Fay Learning is currently looking for a Client Learning Coordinator to join our sales team in Sydney. The focus of this role is to work in partnership with our most experienced Senior Learning Partner at Maura Fay Learning to produce superior and sustainable results. 

Key Responsibilities:

There’s never a dull day working in the sales team at Maura Fay Learning. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the client retention strategy of our top clients, including booking repeat client meetings.
  • Managing end-to-end programs with existing clients, where there’s no change in solution or pricing.
  • Communicating our public events with existing clients.
  • Responding to inbound leads through social/website.
  • Following up leads from in-house marketing campaigns and then booking appointments.
  • Contributing to proposals.
  • Managing and updating the client database.
  • Researching new business development opportunities based on client success profiling.
  • Liaising with the Marketing and the Client Delivery team to understand the business and the priorities of the month ahead.
  • Maintaining professional development activity, including quarterly performance reviews.

 

Key Success Factors In The Role:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate role dealing with internal and/or external customers.
  • Experience working within a sales environment ideally in a business-to-business relationship.
  • Ability to show initiative and ‘rolling up your sleeves’ to complete the work
  • An understanding of the learning and development industry.
  • The willingness to collaborate across the team; share, ask for help and support each other.
