About the company

As you may be aware oapl and their joint ventures around Australia were acquired by OPED AG on October 31st 2017. The new oapl group has a national footprint with operations in Western Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland making us the largest prosthetic and orthotic service provider in the country! Our distribution operation remains in Rowville, Victoria with our comprehensive range of upper and lower limb orthotics devices strengthened by the addition of the OPED range.

Opportunity

For over 30 years oapl has been providing innovative orthotic and prosthetic services to Australia.
Based in Perth, you will cover WA and be responsible for identifying, managing and securing business opportunities by calling on multiple customers across the private and public sectors and within the hospital channel. Furthermore, you will support customers through activities including clinical training and therapy education. You also need to comfortable communicating at a purchasing level and understanding the tender and contract process in both states.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Demonstrated successes in selling consumable and equipment, healthcare is preferred
  • Ability to identify, establish and maintain relationships and manage timelines
  • Be tech savvy and present strong technical aptitude
  • Proven track record in training / education stakeholders
  • Ability to project plan
  • Ability to forecast and report back monthly

  • Be highly organised and drive through sales projects
