With more than 3 decades experience and $120m revenue, this is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional to lead and grow a dynamic team. With a clear focus on delivering outstanding service to some of Australia’s leading names and organisations you will relish an opportunity to work closely with the MD to grow business and sales.

Team-work, agility and focus are key words for you – and probably characterise how you get results!  You’ll have a great track record as a business developer and want to build on it. And we know a little more about you too.

We suspect you like to involve yourself as much as your team in getting big deals across the line (in fact, others may describe your leadership style as “Captain-Coach”). But you’ll have been around long enough to know that winning small opportunities, today, with the ‘right’ clients – and sticking with them – is the key to tomorrow’s success!  Finally, this is not a role for the faint hearted.  Like any good business these days there will be challenges – opportunities to compete and win with ‘name’ companies, against real competition; to create strategies and tactics for your team – and implement these by influencing and motivating.
