Territory Manager – Bundaberg

We are a hugely successful and rapidly expanding home appliance and furniture rental company. Offering the best brands and the latest products to its customers, we are currently operating in over 100 locations across Australia.

We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join our dynamic Wide Bay Burnett team, based in Bundaberg. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has past experience working within a small team, enjoys interaction with people and can deliver on our promise to provide our clients with an exceptional rental experience.

Our customer base is growing rapidly and will continue to do so with outstanding customer service. Help us develop and manage the territories and you will reap the rewards.

This role will provide the successful candidate with a significant career opportunity in credit management, along with an enviable base salary and attractive financial incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering on our promise to provide an exceptional rental experience
  • Conducting customer interviews and evaluating client credit applications in clients’ homes.
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans
  • Conduct outbound telephone campaigns
  • Account management including payments, arrears and collections
  • Meeting sales and revenue targets

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven customer relationship skills. Industry knowledge is not required, however, previous experience in rental, finance electrical or furniture industries would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Self-motivation, drive and a tenacious hunger to be successful
  • Enthusiasts, positive, make-it happen attitude
  • Competence with technology products, CRM’s tablets and computers
  • An unwavering attention to detail
