Due to continued growth, we are seeking a tenacious and results-driven Telemarketer to join our friendly and energetic sales team!
OBJECTIVES OF OUR ROLE
The successful candidate will generate sales leads through cold calling and appointment setting, creating target lists and identifying new business opportunities. You will also have a strong attention to detail in managing the customer database, acquiring new accounts, delivering superb customer service and educating clients on our products and services.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role;
- Demonstrable experience in lead generation and appointment setting for Account Managers;
- Strong customer service skills, positive and proactive attitude, attention to detail and an ability to develop rapport;
- Possess a passion for delivering results and meeting KPI’s;
- Must demonstrate clear and fluent communication skills;
- Have the ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement.
