About the role!

Due to an internal promotion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results driven Sales Representative to join our collaborative and dynamic Sales team in Welshpool, WA.

Reporting into our Commercial Sales Manager, we’re confident you’ll be set up for success. Your manager is a supportive and visible leader who wants to see you succeed! Along with a rewarding salary and bonus structure, you’ll be provided with all the necessary tools of trade and given the autonomy to drive your territory to success

Your role responsibilities will include;

• Engaging with the commercial market segment (WA) that includes; transactional cabinet makers, commercial contractors / builders, Transportable builders (Small, medium and large clients) 
• Maintaining and growing existing spend of customer accounts while also increasing share of wallet and project
• Expanding market share, drive new product sales and increase customer awareness within your assigned territory to ensure that Laminex is the preferred choice for customers
• Seeking out new opportunities for product application in existing customer accounts and projects
• Developing constructive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders and maintain them to achieve results
• You will spend up to four days a week out on the road!

About you!

• Results-orientated with a proven track record achieving monthly targets and portfolio growth achieving lasting relationships with your client-base
• Ability to develop and present company information, product and educational information to various customer groups in various settings
• Positive attitude with a collaborative approach and strong initiative to share information, and seek innovation
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning skills and ability to build professional relationships
• Highly adaptable to market and business changes with a results focus
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the new building / renovation segments or mining industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective IT/CRM, Excel skills, reporting skills
