As our Business Development Director, you will partner with existing and new corporate clients across a range of industries, as well as high-growth startups. Your partnership mindset and track record of selling and delivering complex technology solutions will help Industrie&Co take the next step in on our growth journey.
What you'll be doing:
⬝ Create awareness, build relationships with senior management including C-level business and technology executives, and develop/pursue leads
⬝ Nurture our existing clients, grow a pipeline through existing portfolio and new business opportunities
⬝ Work with our consultants and delivery teams to determine the solution details and approach
⬝ Foster teamwork, build relationships, and develop internal and external customer alignment
⬝ Approach each sale in a consultative way
⬝ Assist our MD, Partners and Principals to qualify and win opportunities
⬝ Target the right clients, grow a quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities.
What you'll need:
⬝ 10+ years experience selling high end, project-based tech professional services
⬝ Strong network of senior leadership contacts
⬝ Proven track record of consistent sales performance
⬝ Experience selling complex project-based tech professional services greater than $1M in value
⬝ Proven track record gaining access to and influencing decision-makers at the highest levels in client organisations
⬝ Understanding of enterprise procurement and matrix deal approvals.
