About the business and the role
Auto One is a retailer of automotive parts and accessories. Our business strives to give excellent service to our customers meeting all their needs and requirements. In this role the candidate will process parts and accessories for the shop and our customers, serve customers by determining these requirements and order specialized parts when and where necessary. They will also be responsible as part of our team, in keeping the shop presentation and appearance clean and well stocked. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Key tasks: receipting of stock, facing up and restocking, merchandising, keeping the shop clean and presentable. The candidate will also be assisting customers select the right part or accessory, interpret their needs when required and will take part in training on products.
Skills and experience
An enthusiastic and confident manner is essential together with excellent customer service skills. A knowledge of vehicles, experience in automotive parts and accessories is also required however if you don't have the experience but are genuinely enthusiastic to learn please also apply.
