SMC is seeking to appoint a results driven, technically competent Area Sales Manager for the Central West area of NSW to be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as seeking out new business opportunities.
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess and exhibit the following skills:
- Solid organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and build long term relationships
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of pneumatics or mechanical engineering products
- Aptitude for problem-solving and reasoning skills
- High quality of customer service and sales support
- Commitment to operating and promoting a safe work environment
This role will require a substantial amount of travel, the candidate must be willing to spend some time away from home travelling to cover the Central West area.
