In this exciting role as Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and driving sustainable growth through the implementation of national driven promotional programs across Corporate retail.  The role enables you to engage customer partners directly primarily in-store, to influence sales and grow the snacking category by delivering agreed in-store call procedures. In addition, this role will be required to negotiate using sales data to help support and influence promotions to ensure the prominence of the Mondelez products in the marketplace.

You must have excellent communication skills, an ability to build effective relationships and manage your time effectively. This role requires people to work in stores with little supervision so requires a level of self-motivation and driven.

Do you have what it takes?

We are looking for a switched on, driven and highly motivated individual, preferably with or working towards a degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing with the desire to kick of their career with a market leading FMCG company. Or a candidates with 2-3 years’ experience looking to establish themselves in a global company.
