The team
You’ll be part of a Clients and Partners team responsible for marketing and selling our highly regarded practice solutions and online business tools. The relationship between advisors and their clients is essential to success now and in the future. Will you help point the way forward?

The opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Support - Ledger specialist to support our partner practices in migrating client ledgers, as part of an overall program of MYOB clients upgrading to latest technology solutions. If you are looking to make your mark in a market leading brand, here is your chance.

What you’ll do

• Efficient and accurate migrations of ledgers between MYOB products
• Deliver client services in a professional manner
• Ensure administrative functions are conducted in a timely manner

What you’ll bring

• Functional knowledge of MYOB product suite is highly desirable
• Sales and/or service experience in a phone-based environment
• Accounting knowledge either in an accounting role or practice (desirable)
• Sound IT skills, particularly relating to software
• Experience working is support of corporate customers (B2B)
