About the opportunity
We want to make sure everyone can get a great deal on their car finance, which is why we work with Manheim, the world’s largest vehicle auction, to help their customers get a great deal on their next car. We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our high performing and energetic Sales team at our Manheim site in Moorebank. Have you got a passion for customer service and sales? This is a great role for an individual with true passion for sales and face to face customer service to deliver outstanding customer experience and strong business performance.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Engaging with our customers to help them with their specific vehicle finance needs
- Building and creating partner relationships and long term customer base
- Processing lease applications and settlements, with support from out fantastic Sales team
- Keeping open and thorough communication channels with partners on referral based customers
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a passion for customer service and all things sales
- Have strong communication skills
- Be self-motivated and keen to learn
- Have previous experience in sales, financial services or customer service
