Westside Energy, part of the Westside Group, established in 1998 and with a group turnover in excess of $50M, has an opportunity for a passionate, motivated, customer focused individual to join our Energy Sales Team in designing and selling Solar, Battery, Generator and Off-Grid solutions.
Ultimately, we want our customers to get the very best return from their investment and the peace of mind knowing that they have the after sales service and support we pride our selves on at Westside Energy.
To attract the ideal candidate Westside Energy will provide:
- Qualified and confirmed leads. 2-3 per day from our inbound advertising campaigns
- In house and ongoing industry training
- A professional electronic sales presentation

- Great working environment in 2,000 sqm of modern offices located in Thebarton
Successful candidates will ideally possess:
- Previous experience in the solar, battery & generator industry
- Proven experience with 'in house' sales and can demonstrate success in the home improvements industry
- Exceptional ability to close your customer
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
- Be self-motivated, professional and energetic
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Engage customers to select the perfect Energy Saving Solution for their needs
- Be available to attend appointments 5 day's p/w including alternate Saturday's
- Current drivers licence, a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel
- Ability to calculate solutions based on your customers needs
- Ability to multi task with proven organisational skills
Westside Energy will provide a salary, car allowance, fuel card, mobile phone, laptop, superannuation and additional commission on meeting KPI's. The successful candidates on target earnings potential is in excess of $120K p.a based on experience and the ability to close customers with the right solution.
