Role
- Be responsible for promoting a prestigious brand into Independent Retail showrooms & National Builders Merchants such as Tradelink & Reece
- Manage and grow your territory by working closely with their existing clients to understand their needs and grow revenues
- Proactively create new business opportunities to continue the successful growth within a territory that has a huge amount of potential.
- Work strategically to engage clients by having a clear plan by implementing a growth strategy for their business
- Support the Builders Merchants with developing a project pipeline of specification by provide leads, product support, advice and product training
- Collaborate with the Sales Designers for Retail Showrooms, provide product training and awareness
Who is the ideal candidate?
- Experience selling into Independent Retail Showrooms and National Merchant Groups such as Trade Link & Reece is essential
- A demonstrable track record of sales experience with: Bathrooms, Brassware or Showering Industry is an advantage, although we will consider people from allied market sectors.
- Drive and Enthusiasm combined with a strategic approach to your work are essential traits for this person.
- You will have strong sales, negotiation and persuasive skills combined with the ability to develop and close new business.
