The Position

An exciting career opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Sales professional to lead, support and guide our small sales team in NSW for the Paslode brand.  Additionally, this role will protect and grow sales in a nominated territory by working closely with the entire supply channel.  Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare & implement sales plans including key customer initiatives, targets for conversion, competitor intelligence, new market segments and new product opportunities. 
  • Identify and convert new customers, market and product development opportunities
  • Coordinate national sales and marketing
  • with specified 80’s accounts
  • Control sales of company products and services to achieve sales plan
  • Ensure appropriate disciplines are in place to protect margin
  • Plan call cycles to maximize revenue potential
  • Drive ranging initiatives

Selection Criteria

This position will suit a self-motivated, well organised and results oriented person. The successful applicant will have the following qualities:

  • Experience motivating and developing a small team
  • Great verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • A natural willingness to get things right and completed on time
  • An ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Experienced in basic Microsoft office applications and presentation skills
  • An understanding of the construction industry, B2B sales & account management
  • High personal standards and integrity
  • A willingness and capacity to progress further in the organisation
