About the role

The primary responsibility of this role will be focused around building key relationships with franchise partners across NSW. This will involve managing and further developing the performance of the stores within your region. It will entail the tailoring of sales strategies, motivating store team members, continued training and development of team members and providing constant operational support. 
The role will enable you to establish and maintain effective communication channels to provide a two-way feedback process for regional and support office teams, in line with the company's strategic initiatives and business plan objectives. 
 
Duties
  • Develop positive and influential working relationships with Store Partners and teams at all levels
  • Evaluate the performance of the practice and, in conjunction with the Partner, constantly seek to bring about improvement in all aspects of performance
  • Communicate and clarify the importance and necessity to implement corporate best practice and operational efficiency compatible with high customer volumes
  • Ensure consistency in the delivery of store operations and procedures within a defined group of stores
  • Coach and support Partners on how to deliver high levels of customer service and retail standards to grow market share
  • Working closely with Partners & multiple stakeholders to develop strategies that deliver business plans and identified objectives
  • Ultimately, take a very hands-on approach with your responsibility in assisting with Franchise Partner growth in your region
Skills & Experience                        
  • Strong experience in retail operations within either franchise or large retail business
  • Experience / exposure in dealing with franchisees or similar structure
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of people 
  • Hands-on approach to building business plans that encompass multiple stores
  • High level experience in financial planning and forecasting, budget and income management
  • Ability to utilise local P&L data to forecast the combined impact on a regional and national level
  • Experience of managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
