We are currently seeking a Central Region Manager (NSW & ACT) to join our team. Reporting to the GM of Sales, this Sydney based role will drive customer acquisition, oversee best in class training, service and operations.

Having recently launched into the Sydney market this is a great opportunity to make your mark and build your career. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales strategy to drive current and substantial new account growth along with providing local leadership to operations, our café and training support for NSW. Furthermore this role will provide coaching and mentoring to our ACT State Manager.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience developing and executing strategic plans to drive increased profit and market share;
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding results, delivering sustainable growth;
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability to develop and lead successful teams;
  • Strong commercial acumen, financial aptitude and superior negotiation skills;
  • Superior verbal and written communication and a results-oriented approach;
  • Robust knowledge of hospitality, beverage and the speciality coffee industry;
  • Passion and thirst for coffee knowledge and excellence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues, with a strong focus on the acquisition of new business within the NSW region;
  • Drive local area marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and build a network within the speciality coffee industry;
  • Develop robust and executable business plans relevant to each market segment within the region;
  • Source and deliver warehousing, logistics and operational solutions to meet brand and state requirements;
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, providing insight to the business on new products and competition status, drive action to be at the forefront of shifts;
  • Work directly with our café partners to develop business plans to deliver on our brand promise of ‘smarter coffee businesses’;
  • Mentor and coach a small team of trainers and baristas, monitoring the performance of our flagship café and training studio space;
  • Support our ACT State Sales Manager with proactive coaching to drive achievement to business plans and budgets.
