Territory Sales Manager

Our client is an Australian family owned organisation who has been servicing the greeting card, giftware and homeware marketplace for over 38 years. They are now seeking an individual who is a true sales hunter to service an established customer base, and most importantly open new business and grow market share. You may not have industry experience, however, for the right person, they will provide full training and support. High achievers only, they are after salespeople who thrive on exceeding targets!

They are now looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join their company in Brisbane, QLD, with the potential to earn up to $100,000 per annum Package | Negotiable Salary $60,000-$65,000 per annum + Bonuses OTE $10,000-$20,000 + Car Allowance.

The primary purpose of this position is to effectively manage the customer bases to achieve business and customer satisfaction goals.  

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing sales opportunities
• Travelling and working remotely from home 
• Maintaining up to date product and service knowledge
• Effective sales and expense budget preparation
• Complying with company sales administration policies and procedures
• Some regional travel as required

The successful candidate will ideally have previous retail management, sales management or territory management experience. Additionally, a current drivers licence and a suitable vehicle are required for this position.

This position would suit a passionate and sales driven individual with a strong work ethic and strong negotiating and organisational skills.
