Solar Sales Consultants

4 positions, Brisbane North, East and South, West

These positions suit:

• Experienced solar sales people
• Solar installation electricians that have good interpersonal skills and want to give sales a go
• Experienced in-home sales consultants or B2B experienced sales people with at least 2 years face to face sales experience with cost justification selling.

We are a national solar sales and installation company, specialising in commercial solar and now extending our residential sales opportunities. We have an office and installation depot located Brisbane South. The company takes a proactive approach to customer service and delivers timely service turnaround times supporting its sales team members.

Whilst these positions are initially focussed on residential sales, commercial sales portfolio’s are encouraged.  

We provide full training and support in solar technology solutions to empower you to be a solar solution specialist, not just a sales closer. We expect all solutions to be realistic, honest and not overstated. We are focussed on having delighted long-term clientele.

• We supply you with leads and reward self-generation efforts.

• Unlimited earnings with excellent commission structure.

Things we measure. We expect you to:

• have either solar sales or installation experience, or minimum 2 years sales experience face to face in another technical solution sales role and can demonstrate your skills.
• have keen interest in the renewable energy sector and be self motivated to learn and embrace the relevant technologies.
• be an honest genuine character with excellent rapport building skills
• have superior objection handling and closing skills
• have excellent organisational skills and time management
• have excellent follow up ethics
• be computer literate and have legible written skills.
• be well presented, fit and healthy.
• have a presentable, reliable motor vehicle and a current DL
• have your own laptop computer, tablet, phone and home office tools

These positions are initially independent consultant positions and you will require an ABN. However, permanent positions may be considered after a demonstration period and will be results based.

Retainers for existing solar sales personnel will be considered if sales results and experience can be demonstrated.
