This client is now looking to appoint a customer service officer with experience in order processing.
Overseeing all of the administration of performance management processes for contracts, systems and procedures, this role is integral in maximizing productivity, invoicing and profit, and ensuring compliance.
Working within a medium sized team reporting to the Customer Service Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:
Key responsibilities:
- Answering phones, inbound and outbound email and fax queries
- Processing customer orders and advertising
- Coordinating with the warehouse to maintain timely deliveries and stock control
- Data Entry and maintenance of pricelists
- Creating purchasing orders
- Ad hoc purchasing duties
To be considered you must have:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Can do attitude with a drive to succeed
- Strong administrative ability
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous use of an ERP system
This position will ideally suit an individual who has worked in customer service - either face to face or over the phone.
