An opportunity has become available for a National Account Coordinator to join the team at our North Ryde office. You will be part of a team who are on a journey to out-performance through service excellence innovation.
The National Account Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Project management of national sales, marketing and operations initiatives
- Management of forecasting and inventory levels as a critical input to the business' Sales and Operations Planning process
- Managing and coordinating the packaging requirements of key accounts, particularly over new product launches, existing item change and deletions and the associated reporting
- Collecting data and samples relating to Non Conformance Records
- Attending customer sites, with interstate travel required at times
- Assist with price quotations & budget process
To be successful in this role you will ideally demonstrate:
- An ability to relate to people across all levels
- An ability to work under pressure, while maintaining a calm demeanour during all communications
- Attention to detail
- An ability to multi-task and prioritise based on managing customer expectations
- An ability to deal with time lines and goals.
