Offering their exclusively enterprise level clients a sophisticated HR software service, they have over 4 million users globally.

The Sydney team has just moved into brand new offices in the heart of the CBD with study rooms, in house studios, forest room and the best part - a hot desk policy and flexible working hours.

They are looking for a new team member who can open doors and start conversations with new clients - but not through the traditional methods of cold calling and emailing.


The successful candidate will be provided with a Macbook, the use of an in-house studio and tech team and full creative licence to design their own targeted video and campaign content, which they will use to prospect into the Enterprise market.


THE ROLE

  • Prospect into the Enterprise market using video content and campaigns you create yourself. No cold calling.
  • Have your own personal sales researcher, in house studio and tech team to assist you with background information, production and editing.
  • Consult with C-Levels using your expert knowledge of the company and solution.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and company insights to provide to the Consulting team.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • At least a year of B2B corporate sales experience - preferably with experience selling into professional services, media or enterprise.
  • You’re humble, articulate and emotionally intelligent. You know the difference between confidence and arrogance.
  • Creative and comfortable in front of a camera.
