Located in Manly Vale, FMG partners with some of Australia’s biggest brands supporting their sales and marketing teams with our call centre services. Our Sydney based call centre generates sales opportunities which result in millions of dollars of new business for our clients.  

 

As the New Business Manager, you will be working closely with the Managing Director to generate sales opportunities and onboard new clients.  To achieve this you will respond to all inbound sales enquiries, prospect for new outbound leads, attend networking events and work referral channels.

 

Your success will be measured by hitting and exceeding sales targets and ensuring new clients are on-boarded with the right expectations and understanding of our offering.

 

About you:

  • You are a true sales hunter and get excited about selling and closing deals
  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales and love hitting and exceeding targets
  • You build rapport easily over the phone and face to face
  • You know how to have fun but you get stuff done
  • You are a strong, confident and outgoing person
  • You have strong presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills

 

About the role – you will:

  • Respond to and manage all inbound sales enquiries
  • Develop and present appropriate solutions and proposals to potential clients
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and be responsible for hitting your sales targets
  • Contribute to the company’s ongoing sales strategies
  • Report to and work closely with the MD
  • Enjoy working in a fun, results focused environment as part of a successful, hardworking team
