Opportunity
The role encompasses owning relationships across a number of enterprise accounts to ensure customers are successful. From the initial onboarding stage you will assist clients throughout their lifecycle ensuring at all times that you are driving business value for customers.

 

  • Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with clients to build success roadmaps 
  • Understand clients' business challenges/needs and advise on how they can leverage solution to achieve objectives
  • Consult with clients around customer experience strategy
  • Liaise with the services team to manage implementation
  • Conduct business reviews to identify any areas of growth
  • Establish success plans across your portfolio and measure the success of these

 

You

  • Completed university degree 
  • Track record of success in managing complex, enterprise accounts (preferably within a saas environment)
  • Some level of subject matter expertise in the area of customer experience 
  • Have strong communication and organisation skills
  • Superb relationship building skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast growth, entrepreneurial environment
