A rapid growth data technology business is looking for a driven individual to join their rapidly growing company. The company offers an online data portal service for businesses across a wide range of industries, and dominates their market space because of a high demand for their product.

Growing the team from 5 to 50 in 2 years this company is an Australian success story, and backed by multiple investors, is looking to float on the stock exchange in the near future.

The team is ambitious, youthful and driven and are looking for someone with a similar mindset to come aboard.

Centrally located offices, company yachts and frequent overseas travel.

THE ROLE

  • A split between new business and account management. You will be required to build relationships with SMEs and corporates and be comfortable maintaining them. You will be the main point of contact for your accounts.
  • Face to face sales with the support of a lead generation team and the sales team for leads.
  • You will be on the road frequently and have your own parking spot in the city.
  • Extremely high meeting to sales close ratio due to the high demand for this service.
  • Short sales cycle meaning quicker commissions - you take home 20% on everything you sell.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Will have at least 2-3 years sales experience with experience in both new business and B2B
  • Be confident managing relationships.
  • A background in recruitment, corporate, software or information technology will be looked upon favourably.

$85K Base - negotiable depending on experience + Car Allowance + upwards of $150K OTE
