The Continence Product Specialist's primary responsibility is focussed on delivering in-servicing and educational sessions, as well as successful management of product trials within aged care facilities. Whilst the key focus will be on continence management products, there is also the opportunity to offer your customers medical consumables such as infection control, woundcare and nutrition which means that you are able to enjoy working with our specialty products whilst being able to further meet your customer needs across varying medical supply categories.
There will also be a focus to maintain and grow current accounts for the continence brand within the residential aged care sectors. The Continence Product Specialist will use their sales training to deliver clear call objectives with each customer and will be responsible for developing and implementing a call plan with their assigned customer base.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following;
Previous Account Management experience with a history of building long standing, trusting relationships with key stakeholders;
- Exposure and experience within the Aged Care sector;
- High level communication skills, both written and verbal;
- The ability to negotiate a solution based outcome;
- Solid commercial acumen;
- A drive to build and influence a portfolio of customer accounts
- Clinical Nursing qualification would be highly advantageous
