Our Professional Products Division provides hair care and hair colour products and services to salons across Australia. We are a privileged partner of hairdressers, offering them products that are made utilising the best technologies as well as training which is at the forefront of trends. Our team is committed to the modernisation of the professional hair industry with a focus on digital brand love, high-level services and exceptional customer experiences.

Within our Professional Products division, we are currently looking to recruit a passionate and driven State Regional Sales Manager for our Matrix team in New South Wales on a 12 month fixed term contract . Managing a team of experienced and capable Sales Agents and Area Managers you will be responsible for ensuring delivery and business growth across the Matrix brand. 

Additional responsibilities will include

  • Supporting Sales Agents & Business Consultants in achieving and exceeded sales targets
  • Driving new business development through new accounts
  • Regularly reporting on sales activity
  • Developing and mentoring new Sales Agents & Business Consultants
  • Conducting regular sales meetings
  •  Ensuring that service delivery standards are met or exceeded
  • Managing key Accounts including business plans and quarterly state based reviews

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience at State Management or Regional Management level, possess experience in the health and beauty industry (preferably business to business), have a strong sales background and the ability to drive a team of commission based Sales Agents and employees. You will also have experience in new business development.
