About you:

You will be an experienced Account Manager/Business Development Manager who is motivated to champion the growth and development of strategic relationships within our high-value customer portfolio. To succeed in one of these roles, you’ll have:

  • Proven track record of sales acquisition, negotiation and the leadership of strategic account management in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated yet calm under pressure
  • High calibre verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems and take ownership
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Professional grooming and personal presentation

  • Travel Intra-State and Interstate is a requirement of the roles
  • Packages each include base salary, fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, quarterly bonus, Global Incentive program, mobile, laptop, superannuation and other benefits
  • Sales experience in car rental, travel-related industry or experience representing a complex product to the corporate/government or mobility solutions market would be an advantage

 

Our Opportunities:

Key Account Manager (Sydney or Canberra based)

  • Reporting to the State Sales Manager NSW ACT, this position will take ownership of the Australian Government contract, leading this high-profile relationship on behalf of the business.  As well as building relationships, it will involve high-level project management, day to day customer assistance, strategic thinking, and analytical responsibilities.
  • Regular travel will be required for customer meetings where required
  • The Key Account Manager will have one direct report, being the newly created role of Account Manager in Canberra

Account Manager (Canberra or Sydney based)

  • Reporting to the Key Account Manager, this position will manage facets of the Australian Government contract, building relationships across many complex divisional areas on behalf of the business. As well as face to face customer relationships, it will involve high-level project management, day to day customer assistance, reporting, and analytical responsibilities.      

Account Manager (Brisbane-based)

  • Reporting to the State Sales Manager QLD NT, this position will be responsible for the Account management of an existing portfolio of customers and the acquisition of new business streams in Queensland & Northern Territory.  The customer base may include any industry, including corporate, mining, insurance, government and travel sectors.

Account Manager, Mobility Solutions (Melbourne-based)

  • Reporting to the State Sales Manager VIC WA SA, this position will lead the mobility solutions, tech enablement and Flexicar car-share sales process on behalf of the national sales team.  The role will be responsible for the account management of an existing portfolio of customers and the acquisition of new mobility accounts either directly or collaboratively through the broader sales groups account base
