About the role
In this role you will have the opportunity to nurture, grow and develop an already established client base. It will be your job to dig deeper into those accounts and develop a broader contact base. While managing relationships with our existing clients you will have the opportunity to go out and break into new businesses and develop brand new relationships.
This is a full 360 degree recruitment consulting role. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a quality candidate base and become the ‘Go to’ Consultant in Brisbane for any Banking related roles. You will be expected to identify new candidates by using outstanding talent acquisition techniques to provide the best talent in Brisbane for your clients. Aspects of your work will be over the phone but most importantly face to face and meeting with your clients and candidates alike.
About you
If you are an experienced recruiter looking to accelerate your performance we want to hear from you. Whilst recruitment experience will be desirable, if you have worked in a similar field/industry and can demonstrate the right skills, we also want to hear from you!
We are looking to identify a professional with a proven track record of growing existing accounts, whilst also being able to identify new business opportunities. You are orientated on success, over achievement and delivering a level of service that goes above and beyond.
