The Executive Centre (TEC) provides flexible workspace across APAC and UAE with centres in some of the world’s best buildings. We are excited to be opening our first Melbourne centre located in Collins Square.

The Job Role:

We are looking for somebody with the right experience and skills to be able to establish our strong brand and successful products in a new market. 

Initial focus will be to build a new member base through the sale of private workspace (serviced office space), but with the capability to understand and upsell our wider product range - all whilst building a thriving member community.

The role will provide a variety of responsibilities and an opportunity for fast paced development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through converting incoming and self-sourced enquiries
  • Manage revenue targets across multiple income streams
  • Reporting & Forecasting to Senior Management
  • Provide leadership to guide the wider City team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners
  • Identify business development opportunities

Being a member of the TEC Business Development team means you need to understand that the value of generating new business is just as important as retaining business. We do this by maintaining the first-class service which all our members and partners have grown to expect.

The Right Person:

We’re looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running, aided by the support of an experienced Australian based management team. Whilst prior experience specifically in the commercial property industry is an advantage, it’s certainly not essential. It’s more important to possess the right character and personality.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience and/or management experience
  • Energetic, sociable and target-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
  • Leadership qualities to develop strong team bonds and commitment
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment and support others
  • Business savvy to identify new opportunities to build strong sales pipelines
  • Personable to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
