Reporting to the Vice President South Asia, and leading a team of 85 sales and operational staff, the General Manager, Sales and Operations will manage all aspects of the business including P&L, business development, large corporate contracts, and strategy development and implementation. Delivering a growth mandate, the appointee will drive new and existing corporate customer relationships by engaging strategically with C-Suite clients, build the team’s sales capability and function, develop value propositions that meet customer needs, and oversee a best practice operations team focused on efficiency, innovative solutions, and optimal customer outcomes.

You are a proven entrepreneurial B2B sales and operations leader, experienced in a medium to large service business, with a technical/electronics background. Underpinning your track record of growing businesses, is your drive to achieve, change management leadership experience and ability to inspire, innovate and grow sales and service businesses. You are dynamic and adaptable with the ability to influence C-suite clients and also engage with technical staff. Passionate and energetic, with high emotional intelligence, you thrive on overachieving targets and building winning teams.
