Due to significant growth, we are now looking for an experienced Head of Sales to drive Sales and Customer experience within our established and growing Home & Community Space. This is a varied & wide-ranging role which will include product development & management, optimising customer journey & driving the sales process.

This is an exciting, newly created role that will be responsible for;

  • Developing and managing sales channels through close collaboration with marketing
  • Designing and implementing customer journey
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Achieving Growth and Sales of all services including Home Care Packages
  • Owning the Sales process and systems including CRM
  • Product Development and Utilisation targets
  • Working on account management plans with the sales account managers
  • Identifying key areas of improvement in the sales process
  • Developing market opportunities for new customers and partners
  • Acting as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales events and conferences
  • Networking with other directors to generate new business for the company.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances

To be successful in this role you will need;

  • Recent experience in a Leadership role in a services based industry that has included marketing, business development and sales management.
  • Customer design & product management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire teams
