Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role with a proven sales record, preferably in the retail automotive industry
- Current and valid drivers license and the ability to drive manual transmission
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with guests resulting in sales
- Ambition to succeed
- Highly motivated
- Well developed guest service skills
- Ability to profile guest needs
- Ability to self-manage performance, through taking Initiative, results orientation, decisiveness and thoroughness
