Highland Property Agents is Sutherland Shire's most highly respected and innovative real estate agency. We have an exciting opportunity for someone with drive and hunger to get into an entry level sales position.

This role is based within our Highland Financial Services team of Mortgage Brokers where you will be creating sales opportunities for the senior brokers. We are looking for a high energy, confident and target orientated candidate who can work well under pressure to join our Sales Team as an Outbound Sales Representative within the financial division.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Calling prospective clients from a qualified database
- Making calls on behalf of the mortgage team
- Assisting and learning from Sales Agents with adhoc sales duties
- Identify, qualify and categorise contacts in the in-house CRM system
- Speaking to prospective clients to generate appraisals
- Updating notes and tasks in the system to keep track of the contact and for any follow up
- Adding email addresses and subscribing contacts to our newsletters
- Regular training, sales seminars, sales meetings, in-house support and mentorship

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
- Personable and professional telephone manner
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Previous sales experience is preferable
- The ability to manage targets and KPI's
- The ability to handle objections
- The ability to work from a script, but putting a personal spin on it
- It's all about the right attitude and willingness to learn and not give up!
