Our client currently requires a customer focused sales professional that will bring with them new skills which will contribute to the company meeting its ambitious 3 – 5 year growth plan. As the Internal Sales Specialist your role is critical in achieving sales and growth targets by providing an exceptional and knowledgeable customer service interaction each and every time.

A positive mindset and proactive approach to achieving business outcomes is crucial in this telephone-based role, and requires an employee with an exceptional ability to build rapport with multiple customer segments spanning across a variety of product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prompt acknowledgement and follow-up on all inbound sales enquires (web/email/phone/event leads)
  2. Prepare and provide quotes to customers and prospects within the required timeframe whilst ensuring complete accuracy
  3. Record daily activities in CRM and other systems as required
  4. Follow-up outbound calls to customers/prospects in an effort to close deals and secure new business

The successful applicant will have 2-3 years’ experience in a tele-sales or customer service role and will be results orientated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment. A continuous improvement mindset coupled with the ability to think creatively to solve problems will enable you to confidently overcome the challenges associated with customer objections and refusals. Excellent planning and organizational skills will be required in order to multi-task and prioritize work flow in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing and changing business. You will also require strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with a wide variety of disciplines both internal and external to the business.
