Our client is a NASDAQ listed, global software as a service (SaaS) leader that has transformed the wellness services marketplace. The service links hundreds of thousands of passionate health, wellness and beauty professionals to the millions of clients they serve. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving sales targets within an inside sales environment.

This includes:

  • Driving sales volume via outbound cold calls, lead generation, converting inbound leads and closing sales with single location customers.
  • Initiate sales activity via phone, text and email, including introduction (cold calls), follow-ups, and demonstration calls, introduction emails etc.
  • Consulting with potential clients and demonstrating software products and partner solutions and assisting them in selecting the best solution(s) for their needs 
  • Establishes business relationships 
  • Effectively manage pipeline as well as forecasting business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota goals.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective clients upon request.

Skills and Experience

  • Business related Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, in a closing role at a SaaS company with a good track record of performance.
  • Demonstrated technical understanding of API’s, SaaS, cloud computing etc.
  • Exposure to Health & Wellness either as an enthusiast or teacher an advantage.
  • Good group presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to consistently maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time and function under substantial time pressure.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges as they become delegated to your position.
