Hyundai Motor Company Australia are searching for an enthusiastic and commercially minded individual to join our Sales Planning Team. As the Assistant Manager you will support the sales team to make commercial decisions by ensuring the sales data is maintained with accuracy as well as interpreting the available information into various sales reports and reporting on market trends. This role will report to the Senior Manager Sales Planning, located in our head office, Macquarie Park.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide top management with timely and accurate sales reports
- Maintenance of Enhanced Sales Reporting Systems;
- Dealer Floor Log
- Business Intelligence Web Portal and Cubes
- Monitor industry results, consumer trends and competitor activities
- Dealer Performance Measurement
- Assist in the development of Dealer targets
- Represent HMCA in FCAI Economics and Statistics Committee
- Liaise with key competitor personnel for retail exchange date
- Provide insights into sales , dealer performance and competitor trends
- Provide high levels of support, timely and accurate analysis and projections on ad-hoc projects
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications, Degree in Business/ Accounting / Economics/ Commerce
- Strong analytical, organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (advanced proficiency preferred)
- Ability to analyse data utilising data mining tools
- Strong attention to detail – a MUST.
