About the role

True Value Real Estate is currently seeking real estate sales consultants to join our expanding team and to play a role in our growth strategy for the Western Suburbs and Melbourne Metro. We are looking for experienced, motivated and fun loving people who are ready to grow. Due to an increase in demand from clients we have 5 vacancies for ambitious candidates to join our vibrant team. Sales experience in any industry will be an advantage.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to have exclusivity of listing and selling some premium real estate with no territory restrictions and internal competition. We offer ongoing training and mentorship from experienced trainers.  True Value Real Estate is now offering an opportunity for motivated & established Sales Consultants to join our boutique business. Retainer can be offered to the right candidate with experience. 

Ideal candidate will also have the following:

·         One to two years of real estate or Sales industry experience is preferred

·         Ability to work independently with elite work ethics

·         Excellent time management & organizational skills

·         Great personality and professional presentation

·         Passion for the Industry with focus on customer care

·         Self-motivated to consistently achieve set KPI's

·         Able to work well in a team environment

·         Sound knowledge of real estate industry software's

·         Confident in dealing with people of various     demographics

·         Current agent's rep certificate

.         Police Clearance to work in Real Estate Industry
