We bring guaranteed quality products with quick and easy turn-around times all from the comfort of our customer's home.
The Role:
You will be our first point of contact for our customers; listening to their needs and answering their enquiries. You will build rapport with each person and educate them on their upcoming purchase, upselling at every opportunity.
Our segments run at a variety of times throughout the day and when a new product is launched, the Call Centre GOES CRAZY! You must be able to effectively communicate with people from all walks of life, speaking clearly and precisely ensuring that all relevant information is captured correctly.
This position will see you work towards KPI's and targets, your day will be split between both inbound and outbound calling, but lucky for you WE DON'T COLD CALL! All of our contacts are warm leads and typically people who have bought our products before.
About You:
- Previous experience within a call centre environment is preferred
- Must have a minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate and handle objections
- Must be sales driven and committed to going above and beyond for our customers
- Adaptable to change and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing industry
- A professional demeanour with a thirst for success
