Our client is managing a group of iconic properties offering boutique accommodation, award-winning F&B outlets, wellness spas and top-notch facilities for weddings, events, conferences and meetings. To further develop their business in the market, they are now searching for a very dynamic, enthusiastic, target driven and highly motivated Business Development Manager who would be in-charge of business development from Travel market segment with strong focus on South-East Asia, Japan and Korea
Key Profile:
- Must be presently a Business Development Manager with a 5 star or upmarket boutique hotel/resort
- In-depth knowledge of generating new business and maintaining existing clientele for the Travel sector
- Excellent knowledge of Australian business arena
- Create attractive and lucrative business proposals and collateral
- Showcase excellent negotiation skills and highly confident in closing the deals
- Able to offer proper guidance to the customer after getting them on-board
- Participate in various trade-shows
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and able to motivate/empower the junior sales teams to achieve KPIs
