I am seeking an enthusiastic professional to join my clients dynamic sales team. .

If successful your role will be to help assist in achieving monthly targets. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and be working with some of the most renowned luxury boats in the Charter industry.


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop trust relationships with clients to increase customer loyalty
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by proposing options that meet
their requirements
• Serve as the link of communication between customers and boat owners
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints
• Play an integral part in generating new sales
• Help with the development of new markets
• Day-to-day administrative duties


SKILLS REQUIRED

• Experience in sales
• To have an excellent phone manner
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects
• Be self-motivated and results driven
• Be well presented as a brand ambassador
• Be reliable and prompt
• Be trustworthy and honest
• Proficient in Office
• Knowledge of event services/hospitality industry preferred but not required
