You Must Have
- Strong B2B sales skills and experience
- Some understanding of digital marketing, including websites and SEO
- Willingness and drive to self-generate leads through cold calling, door knocking etc.
- Target-focussed attitude and ability to close leads and convert deals
- Self-starter who can work and perform unsupervised when required
- Previous sales experience at another digital marketing agency is ideal

About the Role
As a Rhythm Digital Sales & Account Manager, you will be responsible for the acquisition and growth of new business, primarily through the selling of our digital video and marketing packages.
Working towards achievable targets, your goal will be to bring on new clients for Rhythm Digital, targeting North West NSW businesses, with the focus to grow a strong portfolio of client and generate a steady stream of income for the business.
Reporting to, and supported by the General Manager, you will be responsible for self-generating sales leads through cold-calling, door-knocking, acting on referrals from existing clients and partner organisations, and converting these leads to sales.
