Our client provides specialist commercial services to commercial facilities and venues all across Australia & New Zealand. Recognising the importance of work place & retail cleaning, our client is fast-becoming one of the nation's industry leaders in this sector.  

Our client is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Account Manager in Victoria who will be responsible for the development and operational capability and delivery of the company's cleaning services across the company's areas of operations.

The overall purpose of the position is as follows:
  • Analysing and understanding contract deliverables;
  • Reviewing and analysing delivery model for services at major client sites;
  • Making recommendations for and implementing delivery plans that provide compliant service delivery, improve service levels and profitability;
  • Establishing relationships with key major clients (existing);
  • Establishing relationships with target national clients;
  • Reporting – complying with client Monthly, Quarterly, 6 Monthly and Annual reporting requirements, including compiling and presenting reports;
  • Developing national and local business growth plans that include identifying new target markets and opportunities for growth in existing markets; Identifying target organisations/clients; Developing Group capability to respond to identified markets/clients; Preparing costed Business Case for proposals including capital and operational requirements and rate or return;
  • Presenting to clients;
  • Preparing tender proposals;
  • Analysing and forecasting profitability;
  • Ensuring compliance with tender;
  • Actively managing contract mobilisations;
  • Analysing profitability of existing and new business;
  • Upholding and maintaining company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidates will have:
  • Ability to develop and interpret (P&L) budget spreadsheets;
  • Cleaning process and technical cleaning solutions experience in a previous role;
  • Intermediate/High level computer skills;
  • Ability to understand and manage factors affecting profitability;
  • Ability to understand client contract specifications and requirements and act on client requests;
  • Ability to understand marketplace and provide vision for future growth;
  • Demonstrate sound interpersonal skills & show good leadership skills;
  • A great presentation style and the ability to articulate and present to senior management and Boards of Directors.
