COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Oceania) Pty Ltd is the Australian agent and 100% owned subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING Lines, one of the world’s largest shipping lines.

Due to our expanding customer base, we are currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven applicant, to fill the position of Sales Executive – WA, which will be based in our Fremantle Branch office.

Reporting to and working collaboratively with the Adelaide Branch Manager, the role will:

• support the further development of targeted sales strategies that align with overall business objectives and organisational goals
• provide additional support in managing key sales functions, with a particular focus on Northbound cargo flows
• assist in response to major RFP’s, prepare regular activity and trade reports with a focus on driving commercial value and further strengthening COSCO local market presence.

With excellent communication and influencing skills, you will:

• possess a strong commercial acumen
• have acquired a proven track record (minimum five years), in a predominantly Northbound business development role, within the Australian liner shipping industry
• be adept at developing existing accounts and new business
• demonstrate experience in establishing and engaging key client relationships within a cross cultural environment

Preferably tertiary qualified in a related field, you will also have an ability to align well with the organisations values and strong customer service ethos.
