The successful applicant will benefit from joining a company that is passionate about its team and its customers. Metro Storage provides comprehensive training when you commence the role and encourages ongoing development.
The key responsibilities will be:
- Customer service & sales
- Including face to face, on the telephone, LiveChat and email
- Administrative work
- Must have attention to detail
- Debtor control
- Facility cleanliness
The ideal applicant will be:
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Someone with a can-do attitude
- Sales experienced and have a proven track record
- Strongly customer service focused
- A positive team player
- Able to work autonomously
- Computer literate
- Able to drive, have a current driver’s licence
