Leichhardt Telecommunications Pty Ltd are seeking an energetic and vibrant Sale Consultant to join our Optus Stores in Leichhardt, Casula and Menai. Flexibility to travel between all stores is required.
About the role:
- Provide professional customer service and tailored solutions to Optus customers
- Drive sales to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets.
- Providing our customers with extraordinary sales experience through your positive can do attitude, product knowledge and willingness to ensure our customers walk away happy by their new technology and service they have received.
Skills & Requirements:
- Telecommunication Retail experience recommended
- Excellent Communication skills with professional manner
- Self-motivated to meet and exceed targets and adapt to changes
- Quick & Accurate analytical skills to provide tailored solutions to customers
- Enthusiastic and adaptable team player
- Intermediate computer skills
- You're a listener and relationship builder, who can problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work weekdays and weekends across a rotating roster
- You're tech savvy and have an interest in telecommunications
- Have had experience working towards KPIs and targets
- Have experience in managing multiple competing tasks through to completion
- Applicants Must be over the age of 18 due to legal requirements associated with the role

There are a few roles available on casual, part time and full time basis working on a roster basis that includes weekends and Thursday nights, so some flexibility with availability is required. To be considered for this role, you must be a permanent resident.
