Meers Recruitment Solutions is currently assisting rapidly growing Finance Company. They are now looking for a high performing BDMs who will be responsible for maintaining, growing and leveraging relationships with both partners and business referral sources with accountability for a specific territory target.  

As Business Development Manager your role will be focused on brokering deals for Commercial finance solutions. You will be supplied with continuous leads and with your strong broker contacts will ensure you hit the ground running.

Responsibilities include;-

  • Identify, contact, engage and partner with broker referrers
  • Implement a strategic plan to engage partners to refer business and deliver territory sales volumes
  • Engage partnerships in order to build market awareness and referral opportunities
  • Present the business value proposition to stimulate regular deal opportunities
  • Identify and win new referral partnerships across multiple industries
  • Provide management with regular sales pipeline updates
  • Ability to effectively overcome customer objections and train others to do the same in order to acquire new business

To be successful you will possess;-

  • Extensive sales experience gained within the broker industry
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness
  • Proven ability to identify, contact and partner with target referral market
  • Excellent relationship building skills with an engaging personality
