As a Sales Consultant with BMW you work to create excitement and passion around our products by understanding the customer needs and assisting them to find the vehicle that is right for them together with the following:
- Valuating trade ins
- Introducing customers to our Business managers for finance and insurance and our aftermarket team
The successful candidate will:
- Be highly skilled at uncovering what our customers needs are and following through with exception product options
- Always be thinking ahead at how best to meet the needs of our customer and driving success for the wider team
- Experience in a similar role - desirable
- Be driven and be sales savvy
- Exceptional approach to customer service
- Be invigorated and driven by individual and team achievement of success.
Your success is measured by your individual productivity as well as your overall contribution to the team and our Company. You don't need to have knowledge of our products when you start, however you have the drive and initiative to learn all your can about the product you represent.
